Our rental packages include a three-hour outdoor lawn area near the flower gardens, accommodating up to 25 guests. The location features breathtaking mountain views and a peaceful ambiance. Additional amenities such as folding tables and chairs are included, with options to customize your experience to fit your celebration's needs.

Included in our packages are the outdoor lawn area, six-foot folding tables, and indoor folding chairs. The venue provides a beautiful backdrop with the Purcell Mountains and seasonal flowers. Please note, the Flower Meadow remains open to the public, adding to the lively farm atmosphere during your event.

A birthday at The Flower Meadow is simple in the best way. Fresh air, open space, flowers to pick, animals to feed, and room for kids and teens to enjoy the day without feeling rushed or over-planned.

This is not a party with scheduled games or entertainers. It’s an experience-based celebration designed for movement, curiosity, and connection. Families often tell us it’s the easiest party they’ve hosted and one their kids talk about long after it’s over.

Parties flow naturally between flower picking, barnyard time, cake and food inside, and relaxed outdoor exploring.

Kids love having something real to do with their hands. Teens enjoy the freedom to wander, take photos, and spend time together without feeling staged. Adults appreciate the space to sit, visit, and enjoy the celebration without managing constant activities.

You bring the cake, snacks, and decorations you love. We provide the setting and experiences that often replace heavy décor, party favors, and planned entertainment.

3-hour rental | $300

Includes access to our indoor party room (seats up to 25) located directly next to an outdoor gathering area. This allows guests to move easily between indoor comfort and outdoor space.

Additional outdoor seating can be arranged in advance.

The Flower Meadow remains open to the public during your event. Your private party room and immediate gathering space are yours to enjoy.

• Your rental includes 10 U-Pick Cups for flower picking — perfect for kids and guests to enjoy a hands-on, nature-filled activity.
• Extra U-Pick Cups are available for $30 each.
• Many families choose to let guests pick their own flowers as a take-home favor — it’s always a hit!

What to Expect by Season Flowers change throughout the year, and each visit reflects what is naturally in bloom at that time.

• March: Tulips and daffodils (short, high-impact spring window)
• April: Premium greenhouse flowers like ranunculus and anemones, with limited meadow blooms
• May–June: More flowers begin filling in across the meadow, still early in the season
• July–September: Full summer fields with the most color, height, and variety
• October: Late-season blooms with a mix of fresh and fading flowers

One of the highlights of a birthday at The Flower Meadow is time spent in our barnyard.

Each party guest receives a bag of animal feed included with your rental, and guests are welcome to feed the animals at their leisure throughout the celebration. This allows families to naturally weave barnyard time into the party without rushing or lining up for a scheduled activity.

If there are baby animals on the farm at the time of your party, we will gather the group for a brief, shared moment to interact, say hello, and enjoy a photo opportunity for parents. These moments often become favorite memories from the day.

• Please take large trash items with you when you leave. Extra trash bags are available.
• No glitter, please.
