Beautiful Outdoor Weddings

Wedding rentals include access to designated outdoor areas of the farm for a set time period. The setting is intentionally simple and flexible, allowing couples to create a meaningful ceremony without excess structure.

Kingsgate Gardens offers a picturesque outdoor setting ideal for couples seeking a romantic, nature-inspired wedding. Surrounded by blooming flowers and lush greenery, our venue provides a peaceful atmosphere that complements any celebration. With flexible spaces and a family-friendly environment, your special day will be both memorable and meaningful.

Rental Details

3-hour venue rental — $600

Includes use of our outdoor lawn area (seats up to 25) located near our flower gardens, surrounding by the breathtaking Purcell Mountains, near Shorty Creek. Please note: Kingsgate Garends remains open to the public during your event. Guests may see families, photographers, and visitors enjoying the farm during your celebration.

Couples are responsible for arranging tables and chairs to suit their needs within the rental window. The ceremony takse place outdoors.

What This Is (and What It’s Not)

This is a DIY-style space rental only.

We do not provide:

Florals
Setup or coordination
Ceremony direction
Decor or styling

You bring what you need, set it up, and use the space your way.

Important to Know

No alcohol, please. Kingsgate Gardens is a family-friendly, working farm.
Outdoor amplified music may be played (bring your own speaker).
Setup and cleanup must occur within your 3-hour rental window.
Please take any large trash or packaging with you. Bags are available if needed.
No smoking or vaping

Seasonal & Setup Notes

Micro weddings are scheduled spring through fall. Flowers change with the seasons, with the meadow typically fullest from July through September for couples who are flexible with timing.

Fall includes a mix of fresh and fading flowers

If a full field of flowers is important, we recommend booking during peak summer months.

Ceremonies held within the flower rows are standing-only. Chair rows are not permitted in the meadow. One or two chairs may be used for guests unable to stand for the duration of the ceremony.

In the event of rain, the indoor party room becomes the ceremony space. This room is functional and simple, not a traditional wedding hall. There is no additional covered or outdoor rain option. A simple backdrop stand is available for use in the room if needed. We strongly recommend limiting guest count to under 25 in the event weather requires moving indoors.

Best suited for couples who prefer a simple, flexible celebration and are comfortable managing their own setup.
